Cancellation policy

Purchase & Preorder Cancellation Policy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Regular Merchandise: Orders for in-stock merchandise may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or picked up, it cannot be canceled. All completed sales are final.

Preorders: Preorders are considered a commitment to purchase. Out of the Past Records orders and commits funds to inventory based on customer preorders. If a preorder cancellation is approved before the item has shipped or is ready for pickup, a 15% preorder cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once a preorder has shipped or is ready for pickup, it cannot be canceled.

Release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change. A change or delay in a release date does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or a full refund.

Returns or cancellations will not be accepted due to a change of mind, finding the item elsewhere, or finding a different or special edition after placing an order.

If you receive an incorrect item or pressing due to an error by Out of the Past Records, please contact us so we can correct the issue.
