Return & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT VINYL SHIPPING NOTICE

Please read before ordering vinyl records.

Due to the nature of shipping vinyl, minor cosmetic damage to record sleeves (such as small corner dings, light bends, or minor creases) may occur during transit.

These cosmetic issues do not affect playability and are NOT eligible for return or refund.

Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Return Authorization Required

To start a return, you must email us first at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Returns must be approved before anything is sent back.

Items sent without prior authorization will be refused.

Vinyl Records & Cosmetic Damage

We do not accept returns for minor cosmetic damage caused during shipping, including but not limited to:

  • Small corner dings
  • Light sleeve bends
  • Minor creases or bumps

These are considered normal shipping wear and do not impact the functionality of the item.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • No return labels will be provided
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges on discounted or promotional items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for an approved return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unplayed
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned used, damaged, or altered will not qualify for a refund.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective
  • Your item is damaged beyond normal cosmetic shipping wear
  • You received the wrong item

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  3. 15% restocking fee applies where applicable

Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, please place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or opened product.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
